Enjoying the newly-arrived spring weather, Naomi Watts was spotted out on the streets of Manhattan this afternoon (March 10).

The “King Kong” actress was busy hosting the Liberty of London For Target Pop Up experience, looking fine in a black cardigan, printed top, black trousers, and green flats.

On the homefront, Naomi told press her 14-month-old son Samuel (who goes by his middle name Kai) is already starting to talk on a regular basis.

“Kai is definitely starting to talk. He says ‘book,’ ‘apple’ and ‘banana,’ his brother’s name, and ‘Mommy’ and ‘Daddy.’”

Despite the absolutely freezing conditions, Rachel Bilson was spotted out in New York City helping boost the holiday economy yesterday (December 11).

The “Last Kiss” cutie took part in the Target To-Go kickoff, a limited time shopping event at NYC’s High Line Park, located at Gansevoort and Washington.

As part of the program, Target donated $100 gift cards to families in need, selected by the Salvation Army, to help them with their Christmas shopping.

And of course, Rachel was looking stylish in her hooded black body-length down-filled winter coat with jeans and grey suede high-heeled boots.

Out taking care of her shopping needs, Kate Gosselin was spotted loading up with goodies at her local Target on Thursday afternoon (August 27).

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” mommy picked out her purchases, then having Target security give her a hand out to her nearby car before heading over to the UPS shop.

Earlier in the day, Miss Gosselin reunited with ex-hubby Jon, as the pair headed to the bus stop to send their twin daughters off to school.

While saying their goodbyes, a photographer yelled out: “Kate, do you feel like you’re taking Jon back to school when he acts like a 15-year-old?”
