Currently out on bond after a late night arrest on Friday (August 27), Paris Hilton’s booking mug shot from her Las Vegas cocaine arrest has been released.
Still dolled up in her partying ensemble, the hotel heiress offered up a small smile as she waited for her newly-hired lawyer, David Chesnoff, to get her released on her own recognizance.
Meanwhile, Miss Hilton has since denied that the purse in which police found the illegal substance belongs to her.
Her attorney released a statement addressing the matter, telling, “This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time.”

After racking up a pot charge (which was dropped) at the World Cup earlier this summer, Paris Hilton has now been arrested for a possession on cocaine charge in Las Vegas on Friday night (August 27).
With the events taking place outside of the Wynn Hotel, the hotel heiress was the passenger in a car stopped by local police - as the driver,boyfriend Cy Waits, was charged with non-alcohol related DUI.
From there, cops searched Miss Hilton before ending up finding an undisclosed amount of a substance which ended up being cocaine.
Then being booked in jail, Hilton was quickly released on her own recognizance after immediately hiring celebrity Sin City lawyer David Chesnoff - who has defended the likes of David Copperfield, Suge Knight and Vince Neil.
As for the current standing, insiders tell that Paris claims the cocaine was found in a purse which didn’t belong to her - though she and her legal eagle will soon have to convince the judge in believing their story.

Enjoying an outing with her gal pal, Paris Hilton was spotted heading over to Fred Segal Cafe for a midday meal in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday (March 30).
The hotel heiress rocked a The Succession “I Gun LA” t-shirt and a Chanel cap while lugging around one of her own signature brand purses.
The lunch outing comes after quite the busy previous day for Miss Hilton, as she started things off with a photo shoot session, tweeting, “On set at my photo shoot. Just finished hair and makeup. Now about to start shooting. Going to be another long day.”
Afterwards, Paris headed off to Staples Center for the Black Eyed Peas gig before meeting up with singer Fergie backstage once the gig ended.

Enjoying a fun-filled weekend, Paris Hilton was spotted out running errands in Bel Air, California (March 13).

After stocking up on groceries, the hotel heiress then visited a children’s clothing store to purchase a giant stuffed yellow chick for the Easter season.

Tweeting about her day’s outing, Miss Hilton wrote, “Going to the market to get some food to BBQ.”

Fitting in a late celebratory fete, Paris Hilton rang in her 29th birthday at TAO Nightclub at The Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night (February 20).

With her actual birthday having been a few days prior on February 17th, the heiress happily took to the Sin City nightspot with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, along with parents Rick and Kathy Hilton.

Tweeting throughout the night, Paris excitedly wrote to her fans and followers, “Vegas is crazy! I’ve never seen Tao so packed! It seemed like it was New Year’s Eve! GREAT Night!”

A short while later, the hotel heiress tweeted, “What a fun night! My mom and Doug were so cute dancing together! I love how my parents love my love! We all had a blast! Great night!”

In related news, Ms Hilton celebrated her 29th birthday this week at the Tea Room in Los Angeles with a plethora of friends along with parents Rick and Kathy, sister Nicky and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.

Unfortunately for the birthday girl, a partygoer told press that she and Doug got into a fight during her celebration. “Paris and Doug started screaming at each other in the middle of the room – it was a mess.”

Apparently, the couple worked things out as they were spotted later in the evening having a nice time together.

The two lovebirds donned casual gear as they walked side-by-side following a romantic Valentine’s getaway in Rio de Janeiro.

All tuckered out for the adventure, Miss Hilton tweeted, “Going to bed. Sweet Dreams everyone. Xoxo Paris.”

On a side note, Miss Hilton has good reason to celebrate once she gets a little beauty rest - as the hotel heiress turns 29-years old today!

Finished up with their stay in South America, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were spotted leaving the Copacabana Palace hotel in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday (February 16).

Looking cute in a cartoon dog t-shirt and black pants, the hotel heiress caught a ride before walking into the Santos Dumont airport en route to Los Angeles.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Hilton and her beau spent four days in the tropical paradise while taking in the Carnival festivities and promoting a local beer.

Tweeting about her trip’s end, Paris wrote, “On our way to the airport. Sad to leave, but ready to go home and get back to work. Great trip!”

The “Simple Life” babe looked pretty in pink as she hit up Boogie’s boutique, stopping to smile for the paparazzi along the way.

In related news, Miss Hilton is once again finding herself in a legal quagmire, this time over a shoe design similarity.

Gwyneth Shoes is suing Paris for putting a heart-shaped insole pad in her new line of shoes, and they claim she copied the idea from them. 

On her website, Hilton wrote, “I personally chose the styling, design, materials and colors for the line and also wanted to make sure it was super-comfortable! Each shoe has a heart-shaped comfort pad sewn in … so you can dance all night long!”
