They’re still waiting to get their restraining order altered, and in the meantime Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are abiding by the current conditions of their arrangement.

According to a report, Ms. Mueller has moved back into the couple’s Los Angeles home, sending Sheen packing.  Charlie is staying in an undisclosed location.

Both Charlie and Brooke’s attorneys are seeking to have the temporary restraining order dropped, though they’ve hit a serious road block.

Aspen assistant district attorney Arnold Mordkin is opposing the dismissal of the restraining order and has filed a motion to put the brakes on the proceedings.

Charlie and Brooke’s Domestic Drama Details

As more details emerge regarding their Christmas Day drama, a police affidavit tells that Charlie Sheen allegedly held wife Brooke Mueller at knifepoint during their domestic dispute.

Following Miss Mueller’s 9-1-1 call to Aspen police, the 32-year-old noted that her “Two and a Half Men” actor hubby also threatened to get her killed if she told anyone of the incident which took place at their Colorado home.

Meanwhile, Sheen has denied the knife-wielding claims, telling that he got into a spat with Mueller after he “shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman.”

While Charlie did confess that there were words exchanged followed by exchanged slaps on the arm - this doesn’t match up to Brooke’s claims that when she threatened Charlie with divorce, he proceeded to “grab her by the upper part of her throat while straddling her on the bed.”

She then told the officer that Sheen said, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you.’ Your mother’s money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won’t leave any trace.”

With Sheen being arrested for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief, Mueller said that she was able to escape further abuse by telling Sheen, “You’re right. You’re right. You’re right. I’m sorry. I love you.”
