Making his arrival at the courthouse, Charlie Sheen was busy tending to legal matters in Aspen, Colorado on Monday (March 15).

The “Two and a Half Me” star was joined by a team of lawyers and his publicist before heading inside to enter a not guilty plea to charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
As a result, Mr Sheen is now required to appear for a three-day trial slated to begin on July 21.

The case stems from Charlie’s Christmas Day arrest following a reported altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller.

According to sources, the oft-troubles star turned down a plea deal - as prosecutors were unwilling to drop the felony charge, though they weren’t planning on requesting any jail time.

Arriving for his court appearance in Aspen, CO, Charlie Sheen was spotted heading into the courthouse on Monday (February 8).

The “Spin City” actor is there in correlation of his Christmas Day arrest after allegedly holding a knife to wife Brooke Mueller’s throat.

Three criminal charges were filed against Charlie Sheen including felony menacing misdemeanors, 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

According to TMZ, Sheen did not enter a plea. The judge also relaxed the protective order so Sheen can communicate with Mueller, but is not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.

Spending up her hard-earned dough, Paris Hilton was spotted on a retail romp in Aspen, Colorado last night (December 30).

The “Simple Life” babe looked pretty in pink as she hit up Boogie’s boutique, stopping to smile for the paparazzi along the way.

In related news, Miss Hilton is once again finding herself in a legal quagmire, this time over a shoe design similarity.

Gwyneth Shoes is suing Paris for putting a heart-shaped insole pad in her new line of shoes, and they claim she copied the idea from them. 

On her website, Hilton wrote, “I personally chose the styling, design, materials and colors for the line and also wanted to make sure it was super-comfortable! Each shoe has a heart-shaped comfort pad sewn in … so you can dance all night long!”

It has been a rough holiday season for Brooke Mueller, given the domestic violence drama between her and husband Charlie Sheen.

And last night (December 28) she was spotted blowing off some steam with a trip to the Caribou Club in the swanky celebrity-filled town of Aspen, Colorado.

Despite other stars like Paris Hilton, Doug Reinhardt, and Gerard Butler being in the house, Brooke seemed a bit shy and kept to herself.

One eyewitness told press, “You could barely tell it was her.  While most clubgoers were dressed up, Brooke was in jeans, a casual green sweater and no makeup.”

Ready to spend the holidays with her family, Kate Hudson was spotted bidding a friend adieu before boarding a private plane in Santa Monica on Monday (December 21).

Appearing to be in high spirits despite her recent break-up with Alex Rodriguez, the “Fool’s Gold” hottie happened to be making her way out to Aspen, Colorado to join parents Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn at the family’s property.

As for her split with A-Rod, a source recently told the NY Daily News, “Kate is better off without A-Rod. She had much better chemistry with Owen Wilson.”

The insider adds, “Alex is such a diva. When he came to the London premiere of ‘Nine,’ it was obvious he didn’t like standing in the background. He’’d show up late to every appearance.”
